I am currently an associate professor of in the School of Management (SOM) at National Central University.  My major interest is in applied psychometrics, particularly for the applications of advanced modeling techniques, such as Structural Equation Modeling, Multilevel Modeling, and Latent Class Modeling, on the research of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.  Research  current vita
